Refurbished Japanese Sankyo L108Z flip-alarmclock | US version

Description

This very funky 70s flip-alarm clock came from Japan, straight to me. I of course refurbished it completely and made it look a whole lot better, not as new of course but it does look very good.

This clock is cosmetically in a good condition, I did of course lubricate the motor, changed the light, the cable and the plug.

The case is nice and white, there is a commercial Japanese description on top and I decided to leave it there for originality.

Being Japanese of origin, the motor is laid out for 100/120v, meaning that you can plug it in in the USA, but that there is a switch for the Hz, allowing you to choose between 50Hz and 60Hz. When plugging it in in the USA, you should set it to 60Hz. When you use a basic converter for the voltage, you can set it to 50Hz and use the clock in Europe and it will tell the correct time.
