FULLY Refurbished Copal 227 Bright RED Flip Clock | EU version

Description

From what I have been able to gather, this clock, in bright red, is very rare. It is an official colour, as you can find in original Copal documentation, but in all of my years of working on Copal flip clocks, I do not remember ever having seen a red one before.

What did I do to this clock?

Take apart the motor and gearbox
Clean the shafts and gears inside the gearbox
Replace the bearings in the motor with brand-new, Japanese, roller bearings
Replace the wiring, bulb and resistor inside the clock
Replace the electrical cable and plug by brand new ones
Clean the inside of the clock
Polish the outside of the clock
Test it extensively
